"This past year, I have had to deal with several companies, doing work on our building, of one kind or another. Temperature Inc. has, by far, out performed all other company's, from the person answering the phones to the service contract people to the technicians themselves. They have all been courteous and kind in taking my request and acting upon it. There are two people in particular that I would especially like to mention.
Lynda Oglesby, your dispatcher, is very patient with me, being that I don't know anything about Air Conditioning and Heating. When I call in with a problem, I try to be as plain as possible, but sometimes I get it wrong. Somehow she figures it out and assures me that it can be taken care of and that she will send someone out as soon as possible. I appreciate the fact that she knows her stuff and informs me in laymen's terms what might need to be done then sends a
knowledgeable tech out to take care of the problem.
All techs that have been on site have been knowledgeable, courteous and kind in dealing with me. But one tech stands out. His name is Chris McCoy. He comes in, goes right to work to find the problem and then comes back to me to explain what is wrong and what it will take to fix it. He has usually been in contact with the office and can tell me if the fix will be covered by the service contract or not. I appreciate the fact that he does not talk in technical jargon to me. He gives me the info I need to take to the man who gives the final say so.
Linda and Chris are both all around good people and they present themselves well. Temperature Inc. is lucky to have such a good staff working for them.
I want to thank Temperature Inc., Linda and Chris and all staff members for keeping this building seasonably correct."

It is rare to find companies with the degree of dedication to the customer that we find in you and your employees.
I want to mention one employee in particular. We have found all of your staff willing and able to help but Billy Bland is indeed something special. I am not commenting on a particular job that he did for us because I am sure that I would be leaving some complement ozn the table but rather his performannce over the long. Billy's performance is outstanding day in and day out. You know what to expect when he is here, you do not have to worry about him working and you can count on an information download when he is through. In short, we will keep him and are very appreciative of the job he does.

"It is. not very often that we get a chance to really thank you personally for all the good things you do for our Sisters here at De Neuville. You often give your time as well as your service and we know how valuable it is.
