The SERVICE DEPARTMENT is the heart of the company offering 24-hour service. Customer needs are met quickly and efficiently through our computer based logging, tracking and dispatching system. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT is in constant contact with all service technicians by way of 2-way radios and cellular telephones, allowing for quick response time and expedient handling of customer requests.

The INSTALLATION/RETROFIT DEPARTMENT offers innovative solutions in replacing old equipment to improve and enhance HVAC system performance and economy of operation. From critical computer room cooling and process plant applications to chiller replacements and chiller conversions, all are handled with the same close attention to detail.

BUILDING AUTOMATION services include design and installation of automated building control systems, energy management systems, building access control and remote monitoring of HVAC equipment and building conditions through modem communications.

The SERVICE DEPARTMENT and the INSTALLATION/RETROFIT DEPARTMENT work in conjunction with the BUILDING AUTOMATION/CONTROLS DEPARTMENT to produce energy savings without sacrificing building comfort.
